Nidhi Sharma

Nidhi Sharma is a facilitator in Secondary and Senior Secondary school and exemplifies hands-on leadership. She implements the school’s vision for creative learning, collaborates and coordinates with teachers to review and monitor students’ academic and extra-curricular performance, and works collaboratively with her team to align needs with existing school programs and new interventions. She ensures that everyone on her staff knows best practices and has received the appropriate training.

Over her 17-year career as an IT expert, she has used every opportunity and adversity to upskill. When schools across the country were closed due to the lockdowns due to COVID-19, she saw it as a valuable learning opportunity and worked long hours to ensure a smooth transition to online learning. She has also authored a book on Computer Networks by Jyoti Book Depot, Punjab.
