‘MIND SPARK’

What makes a teacher’s job so special? A teacher leads by example and holds the hand of her student until they both reach their goals. Handholding, therefore, is an important process to be able to achieve what both the teacher and the student within the classroom setup desired. The needs of these iconic youngsters are unique and therefore the teacher has to incorporate special strategies to meet them. ‘MIND SPARK’, in this workshop teachers of St. Kabir IIS were able to make use of this tool which was insightful and noteworthy.
