Happy Classrooms

Happy Teachers create Happy Students. The interactive workshop on Happy Classrooms was organized with the perspective of creating a happy learning atmosphere for the students. A happy classroom is possible only when the teacher is happy. The teachers were made to perform certain activities which made them aware of their strengths, weaknesses, and skills in handling difficult situations. Self-awareness is very important to keep oneself happy. On a reflective note, it was recommended that every teacher should lend an ear to each and every student. They must understand the situations and background of a child well in advance.
