Ganesh Chaturthi

At St. Kabir Indian International School, we celebrate Ganeshotsav with fervour and devo

tion. From Ganesh Idol Making to installation, followed by Ganesh Visarjan, the complete Ganeshotsav  is a festival that builds group cohesiveness. It brings people together, breaking the monotony of routine, and gives everyone a chance to re-energize their body, mind, and spirit. Our sole purpose of celebrating this festival  is to let the students stay rooted to Indian culture and to enable them to understand the significance of this Festival.

The rich Indian culture is brought live at STKIIS through various celebrations. The significance of Ganeshotsav was very clearly highlighted in the special assembly conducted by the students of Grade 3C. The story of the elephant God acquiring the elephant head, classical dances and a musical extravaganza were the highlights of the assembly. The tone was set by the soul stirring rendition of Ganesh Vandana by the music teacher.
