Dear Enlightened Parents,
As you navigate our website pages to discover more about the school, you will find answers to preliminary questions like the academic program, the activities offered and the student’s life on campus. While our educational transaction stands on the pillars of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Physical Quotient (PQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient ( SQ), the students are directed towards the four essentials of learning, viz; to be, to know, to learn and to share and care.
As the Head of the Institution, I firmly believe that the whole learning process is delicately held together by love and logic. I am incredibly privileged to be a part of an institution that gives the students wings to soar high while keeping them rooted in tradition and humble in attitude. These diverse and progressive thinking processes fuel this year’s “Digital Citizenship” theme. The pandemic opened Pandora’s box for tools of learning with the insecurities attached to these tools. Digital citizenship is a smart deal with technology that directs the benefits of modern technologies and protects against threats and dangers. It is more than just an educational tool. Instead, it is a way to prepare students for full participation in society and active participation in serving the national interest in the digital field. Since education is at the heart of the community, students should be taught to use technology responsibly, ensuring the safety of the online environment for generations to come.
Working in an environment without boundaries for creativity and exploration gives me immense pleasure. All the educators are given a free hand to experiment with their ideas and enhance teaching practices and self-growth through professional development training sessions. Our staff fruitfully employ strategies to foster a positive learning environment for all our students. From nurturing & trusting relationships where students feel respected, appreciated and loved by the teachers to developing personal responsibility, self-control, good decision-making skills, self-confidence, and character building with high moral values, the child experiences all the hues of life here. We are profoundly indebted to our Founder Director, Ms Radhika Tandon and the management for lovingly nurturing the staff and the children. The Woman Edupreneur Award by the Times of India to Ms Tandon is a testament to her passion for education and contribution to excellence in education and a matter of prestige and honour for the entire St. Kabir fraternity.
Your child’s learning involves an effective partnership between home & school. We know stronger the partnership, the more your child benefits.
Once again, reiterating the commitment and faith, Team STKIIS wishes you a happy learning journey.
Blessings always,
Namita Anand Gopalan
